The workstation consists of several equipments (including special-purpose machine welding and robot welding), with multiplier chain, jigs and fixtures, lifting table, transplanting and turning mechanism, etc., constituting a production line that can weld continuously, with each equipment corresponding to one weld, eliminating the need for special-purpose machines to adjust the gun time, and improving the welding efficiency.

The LNG vehicle tank is designed with a double-layer (vacuum) structure. The inner tank is used to store the low temperature liquid LNG , and the outer wall is wrapped with multiple layers of insulating material for superb thermal insulation, while the jacket (the space between the two layers of the container) is pumped into a high vacuum, which together form a good thermal insulation system. The shell and support system are designed to withstand the external forces associated with transporting a vehicle on the move.
