The passenger car project specializes in the development, design, manufacturing, and service of welding equipment for components such as passenger car chassis parts, body-in-white parts, instrument beams, bumpers, seat frames, and battery boxes for new energy vehicles. It has provided hundreds of sets of welding equipment for related passenger car components and battery boxes for new energy vehicles to customers both at home and abroad, with expertise in the application and system integration of mainstream global brand robots. At the same time, it develops and manufactures various types of robot welding positioners that work in conjunction with robots, forming standardized modular units. 3D simulation technology is used in the design of robotic welding fixtures for automotive parts, making equipment assembly and debugging faster. The design philosophy and standards for welding fixtures comply with those of major automobile manufacturers. Equipped with high-precision 3D coordinate measuring instruments and professional inspection personnel, the accuracy and quality of the welding fixtures are guaranteed.
Commercial Vehicle Project
The commercial vehicle project specializes in the development, design, manufacturing, and service of welding equipment for components such as aluminum alloy fuel tanks and aftertreatment systems for commercial vehicles. It is one of the earliest teams in China to provide users with mature welding equipment. The team has provided hundreds of sets of automated, intelligent, and flexible welding equipment and production lines for aluminum alloy fuel tanks and aftertreatment systems to users both domestically and internationally. The team possesses strong capabilities in technological innovation and technology transfer, currently holding ten invention patents and multiple utility model patents in these two fields.
High current argon shielded arc welding-pulsed arc
A TIG welder with pulse function for welding thick plate carbon steel and stainless steel products, no need for beveling or filler wire, it can weld through in one pass, significantly improving production efficiency. When used with a deep penetration welding machine, the effect is even better. It comes with 485 or RS232 communication, allowing connection to PLC for centralized control.
