Arc Length Control
ALC-Ⅲ is a kind of universal welding equipment for TIG/PAW, designed for compensating arc length dynamically to improve forming, quality and productivity. it's mainly used in 5 welding processes: DC or AC argon arc welding, DC or AC pulsed argon arc welding and plasma welding. Arc voltage, tracking time, sensitivity and other parameters can be set in control to control torch vertical motion for tracking and compensating arc length.Options: torch and its holder etc.
GZQ-M consists of sensor, control system and actuator. Firstly, mechanical probe moves along the joint in front of torch to collect its changing information, then processor translates those changing information into actuating signal for motor-driven sliders(Y/X) to make the torch moving accurately. track seam and correct welding in real-time with high control precision and fast response speed. It's mainly used with existing semi- automatic welding machine lo automate TIG/CO,MIG/SAW processes for butt weld, lap weld, comer weld and other welds.Options: torch, SYK-1 remote control box.
