Electric Water Heater Inner Tank Leakage Testing Machine
In the manufacturing process of water heaters, the sealing performance of the inner tank is critical to product safety and longevity. Our leak detection system offers two optional modes to provide reliable quality assurance for your products:
1、Inner tank is filled with compressed air and then descend and sink into the water, manual observation of leaks;
The inner tank is lifted and rotated by manipulator, and automatically sprays soap water for leak detection; after the leak detection is completed, the manipulator lowers the inner tank container and places it on the conveyor line;
2、Inner tank is filled with compressed air and spray soapy water, manual observation of leaks;
The inner tank is automatically grabbed, lifted, transferred, lowered and immersed in the stainless steel water tank by the manipulator from the feed conveyor line, set the LED light of the water tank to detect the leakage; after the leakage testing is completed, the inner tank will be automatically lifted, transferred and lowered and placed on the discharge conveyor line.
