Research and development, production, and sales of intelligent equipment for automatic welding machine.
Our company recently completed the final factory debugging and acceptance for the compact vessel dual-torch girth welding production line. It has now received final approval for shipment and is preparing for dispatch to the customer site.
This advanced girth welding system is meticulously engineered for high-precision, high-efficiency welding of small-diameter vessels and cylindrical components. Its core technology employs a dual-torch synchronous welding process, which significantly enhances welding speed and quality by completing the weld seam in a single operation.
A key advantage of this system is its exceptional flexibility. It can operate as a fully automated production cell within a larger manufacturing line, seamlessly integrating with upstream and downstream processes—such as loading, handling, and unloading—through its Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and standard communication interfaces. Alternatively, it functions with equal efficiency as a standalone, manually-loaded workstation. This adaptability makes it an ideal solution for a wide range of production environments, from high-volume dedicated lines to small-batch job shops and even R&D applications.
The primary features of the system include:
Dual-Torch Girth Welding: Increases productivity and delivers superior girth weld quality.
Flexible Integration: Capable of operating as part of a fully automated production line or as an independent unit.
Robust Construction: Built with high-rigidity components to ensure long-term stability and precision.
Precision Positioning: A high-accuracy rotary mechanism guarantees consistent weld placement and quality.
"Our engineering and commissioning team has conducted comprehensive testing on this system, ensuring it meets all performance specifications and quality standards," stated the Project Manager. "This dual-torch girth welder is a robust and versatile solution that will significantly enhance our customer's production output and weld consistency. We are confident it will perform excellently at the customer's facility."
The equipment has been packaged and is scheduled for imminent shipment, marking the commencement of its operational service at the customer's plant.
