The equipment is a critical step in transforming simple cylinders and end caps into integrated water heater inner tanks. The process achieves a precise, zero-gap connection, ensuring the end cap detaches. More importantly, the resulting inner surface is exceptionally smooth, providing an ideal foundation for high-quality enamel coating and guaranteeing long-term corrosion resistance.
Professionally designed, the machine can handle main types of inner tanks: positive-positive inner tanks and positive-negative inner tanks. It enables fully automated loading and unloading of cylinders, while the end cap feeding offers flexible options for either automatic or manual operation.
We offer two main machine types to meet your production needs:
Pressure wheel clinching (inner tank rotates): Achieves a seamless rolled finish.
Mold mechanical clinching (inner tank does not rotate): Delivers powerful and precise crimping.
